PENGUINS: CLOSE ENCOUNTERS

Descriere

The magnificent Emperor Penguin and King Penguin are just two of the 17 species that feature in this celebration of this most photogenic and fascinating aquatic bird. Camping on sea-ice in the South Atlantic and visiting nesting sites in South Georgia and the Falklands, photographer David Tipling has captured the birds in their natural habitat, portraying every aspect of their lives from their long treks to the sea to feed to their extraordinary nesting and breeding behaviour.
