Seasons of the Metolius - John Judy

Descriere

Ever wondered about the life of a tiny insect? Or cared about how cold water bubbles up, or the effect a fallen tree has on a river and the cycles of other nearby life? John Judy reveals all of this and more, and applies it to the reader's own water -- be it a creek, river, canal, pond, reservoir, or lake. Seasons of the Metolius chronicles 30 years of study, writing and fly fishing on the crystal clear Metolious River in Central Oregon. This book provides great winter reading for the shut-in fly angler or great summer reading for anyone who loves the outdoors.
